同時(shí)結(jié)合分解蛋白(Proteolytic)與分解膠原蛋白(Collagenolytic)功能的酵素,能夠溫和且快速有效的進(jìn)行Cell Detachment作用將細(xì)胞自培養(yǎng)皿或組織中分離.所取得的單一細(xì)胞不論是進(jìn)行繼代或初代培養(yǎng)(Primary Cell Culture),皆可以維持極佳的細(xì)胞生存率,是您細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的最佳良伴!

  • Cell Detachment & Dissociation
  • 完全取代Trypsin/EDTA功能,可用於無(wú)血清培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞收集.
  • 幫助後續(xù)Functional Assays研究
  • 研究細(xì)胞表面蛋白,流式細(xì)胞儀,細(xì)胞分化,轉(zhuǎn)染,趨性分析等實(shí)驗(yàn).
  • Tissue Disaggregation
  • 分解組織,取得組織內(nèi)細(xì)胞,建議作用溫度為4-25℃.

    1. Ultra-filtered, non-mammalian alternative to trypsin that enables gentle, rapid cell detachment of a broad array of adherent cells and tissues for primary cell culture
    2. Naturally derived complex of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes
    3. Non-recombinant; gamma irradiated
    4. Ideal for use in both serum-free and serum-containing cell culture systems with a broad array of cell lines
  • Storage Conditions:
    Accutase: store frozen; stable for up to 60 days at 4°C.
